    To ensure that this department operates efficiently
    To ensure that guest receives the welcome expected at the hotel, as detailed in the front office manual
    To implement and continue the company's policies procedures as detailed in the front office manual and the standards expected are attained for all departments within in the front office

  • Requirement :

    Age max. 35 years old
    Min education senior high school from Hotel and Tourism education
    Experience min. 1 years in the same position at hospitality industry such as, front office or as a receptionist at hotel and service apartment.
    Good communication in Japanese Language (spoken and written)
    Familiar with computer system, OPERA system.
