Approximately 5 years of working experience as a HR Supervisor in Japanese Manufacturing Company
Having a good knowledge in HR practices, recruitment, education & training, management labor relation, employee evaluation, allowance, welfare, benefit and so on.
Having a good knowledge in labor regulation.
Good leadership, positive mindset, honest, effective communication skill, result oriented.
Have a good computer skill
Good communication in English
Will be placed in MM2100, Cikarang-Bekasi - Additional Information :
