  • Responsibilities :
    • Car audio and navigation system unit repair and repair staff training
    • Make service repair report to customer
    • Plan after service (field support) system and warranty/ negotiation with cutomer
    • Improve customer satisfaction about after service issue
    • Support QA job (sometimes)
  • Requirement :
    • Experience and expertise on electronic industries is better
    • Have working experience in Japanese company is better
    • Have experience of electric parts repair is better
    • Good in english communication and reading/ writing is a must
    • Male or female age maximum 35 years old
    • Computer literate (MS Office)
    • Can create report by using excel, word, and power point
    • Good healthy record
    • Have knowledge of automobile
    • Able to read schematic diagram and realted fields
    • Good on handle people, trustworthy, reliable and energetic
    • Minimum Strata degree majoring on electro engineering
